nTech Workforce is a trailblazing success story that began with two skilled technical consultants and immigrants, Sridhar Kunadi and Surajit Sengupta.

Surajit Sengupta

Co-Founder and President

   

 

Surajit is the co-founder and president of nTech Workforce. He has over 20 years of experience in the software industry and information technology, including consulting for government and commercial companies.

Considered a thought leader in the data-driven field of customer analysis, Mr. Sengupta has excelled in providing advisory services to both middle and senior management of midsize and large organizations regarding various aspects of technology implementation with the eventual goal of providing a 360-degree view of the customer.

Mr. Sengupta is also highly skilled in strategic planning, project and program management, resource and financial management, business and practice development, and offshore methodology, development and deployment.

nTech was founded with one clear mission – to earn the trust of clients by consistently delivering superior, proven solutions. Mr. Sengupta achieves this by embracing a partnership philosophy that creates relevant, innovative solutions that improve program performance and ensures success.

He believes in collaboration and learning from peers’ successes and challenges, which has helped him become the successful entrepreneur he is today. Mr. Sengupta is a CTO who brings his clients technical challenges to nTech’s excellent team to strategize and provide effective solutions, including business process changes.

Mr. Sengupta, an avid Ravens fan, lives in Woodstock, MD with his wife, two children and two lovely dogs.

Jimmy lannuzzi, CCWP 

Vice President & General Manager at nTech Workforce

   

 

Jimmy serves as the Vice President & General Manager for nTech Workforce, overseeing the day-to-day operations of nTech's professional services programs. These responsibilities include accountability for strategy, processes, and metrics for our various functional departments.
 
Possessing over a decade of staffing industry experience, Jimmy's passion for delivery and problem solving for the industry is as strong as ever. He regularly meets with industry thought leaders to discuss the opportunities and challenges of our times, where he is featured as a host of breakout sessions, roundtables, and keynote panels. Jimmy is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA).

Jimmy believes in a transformational leadership approach towards team and culture building, with an emphasis on outcome-based accountability and continuous process improvement as pillars for team success. Jimmy serves on the Advisory Council for the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times program at the George Washington University.
 
Originally from Philadelphia, Jimmy and his family have made their home in downtown Baltimore, MD. He serves as the President & Chair of South Harbor Renaissance, a 501(c)(3) with a mission to preserve and improve Federal Hill Park. Jimmy is an avid sports fan (Philadelphia & West Virginia University), music & concerts from all eras, espresso-making, and trying new restaurants.

Brandee Roberts

Director, Human Resources

   

 

Brandee Roberts is the Director of the Human Resources organization at nTech Workforce, responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the People Operations, Compensation & Compliance and the Learning & Development departments.

She has been with nTech Workforce since February 2010.

Brandee believes in a human-centered approach emphasizing equity, respect, and a caring attitude to all employees and clients.

She has a collaborative leadership style to empower a quality workforce where all employees feel valued, heard, and supported to reach their full potential.

Steve McNamara

Director, Talent Delivery

   

 

Steve McNamara is the Talent Delivery Director at nTech Workforce, responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the Talent Acquisition and Client Relations departments.

He believes process orientation, goal setting, and metric analysis are the keys to success in the staffing industry. He is a servant leader who emphasizes quality over quantity.

Steve possesses a Bachelor's Degree from Randolph-Macon College, resides in the Baltimore area with his family, and has been progressing with nTech Workforce since November 2012.

Arthur Ransier

Director, Business Strategy

   

 

Arthur is Director of Business Strategy at nTech Workforce. He is an advisor to nTech’s leadership team, accountable for growth & resilience and responsible for strategic management, marketing, community, business solutions, and transformation.

His team builds collaborative relationships, shares resources with workers and partners, designs new ways of working, and enables meaningful change.

Arthur is known by peers for analyzing challenges and identifying solutions, working until the job is done. His diplomacy, radical candor, compassion, and willingness to connect with anybody foster seamless conflict resolution, ensuring stakeholders come together for progress.

He is Chair of the Leader’s United Executive Council for the United Way of Central Maryland, a member of Humanim’s Impact Leaders Network, a member of the Coalition for Workforce Innovation, and a co-creator of the Center for the Transformation of Work. Arthur’s relationships run deeply throughout the private and social sectors throughout Maryland and extend throughout the world. He is a student of negotiation, a lifelong learner, and a champion for economic development.
 
Arthur is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). He joined nTech in 2013 from the Computing Research Association (CRA), where he provided consulting and support services to CRA’s Computing Community Consortium (CCC).
