Sridhar Kunadi, CEO
Sridhar is the co-founder and CEO of nTech Solutions, Inc. Under the bold leadership of Mr. Kunadi, nTech has ranked as one of Inc. 500’s fastest-growing companies in not only the Baltimore area, but the country. Through his innovative strategic thinking, nTech has grown by a staggering 608 percent. He has more than 20 years of IT consulting experience, and his new-school methodology has made him quite successful. He works hard to put himself in the shoes of his clients before providing them with solutions to maximize their return on investment for any capital spent. Mr. Kunadi’s roles include directing nTech’s business development and internal talent acquisition departments, client relationship management and community outreach programs. He is a thought leader regarding the implementation and creation of strategic service offerings, as well as the development of nTech’s integrated sales, marketing and delivery programs. Before founding nTech, Mr. Kunadi served in various leadership, management and client-relationship roles with multiple nationally recognized tech organizations in Maryland. Mr. Kunadi lives in Marriottsville, MD with his wife and two children.
Surajit Sengupta, President
Surajit is the co-founder and president of nTech Solutions, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in the software industry and information technology, including consulting for government and commercial companies. Considered a thought leader in the data-driven field of customer analysis, Mr. Sengupta has excelled in providing advisory services to both middle and senior management of midsize and large organizations regarding various aspects of technology implementation with the eventual goal of providing a 360-degree view of the customer. Mr. Sengupta is a CTO who brings his clients technical challenges to nTech’s excellent team to strategize and provide effective solutions, including business process changes.
Mr. Sengupta is also highly skilled in strategic planning, project and program management, resource and financial management, business and practice development, and offshore methodology, development and deployment. nTech was founded with one clear mission – to earn the trust of clients by consistently delivering superior, proven solutions. Mr. Sengupta achieves this by embracing a partnership philosophy that creates relevant, innovative solutions that improve program performance and ensures success. He believes in collaboration and learning from peers’ successes and challenges, which has helped him become the successful entrepreneur he is today.
Mr. Sengupta, an avid Ravens fan, lives in Woodstock, MD with his wife, two children and a lovely dog.
Brandee Roberts, Operations Manager
Brandee is the Operations Manager of nTech Solutions, Inc./nTech Connect. Since joining the company in February of 2010, Mrs. Roberts has continuously provided top-notch support and program management to clients and staff. With a background in logistics and coordination, Mrs. Roberts offers timely and thorough support to our executives, clients and staff.
Jimmy Iannuzzi, Director, Client Operations
Jimmy is the Director, Client Operations for nTech Solutions, responsible for managing the performance of nTech’s strategic accounts. Jimmy directly oversees the day-to-day operations of the Client Relations department, while also being tasked with providing research and strategy for new business acquisition, via RFI/RFI responses and alternative channels. Previously, Jimmy held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for managing recruiting operations.
Steve McNamara, Talent Acquisition Manager
Steve McNamara is the Talent Acquisition Manager at nTech Solutions, responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the recruiting department. He believes process orientation, goal setting, and metric analysis are the keys to success in the IT staffing industry. He leads by example, and emphasizes quality over quantity.
Steve possesses a Bachelor’s Degree from Randolph-Macon College, and has been progressing with nTech Solutions since November 2012.
Suman Kumar, Talent Acquisition Manager
Suman possesses over 10 years of experience in IT solutions. Currently, he is appointed as Talent Acquisition Manager in our offshore office located in Hyderabad, India and acts as head of the talent acquisition team. He performs full-cycle employment activities, including drafting job specifications, creating job adverts, analyzing CVs, head hunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, processing background checks, and extending and negotiating employment offers. He takes part in budget allocation, resource allocation, team building, implementing best practices in day-to-day work, employee retention, direct team management, training junior recruitment consultants and he inspires trust and desire to go above and beyond the call of duty.
He is also responsible for employee relations, employee performances and employee development. He collaboratively works with the management and client relations in building and implementing recruitment policies and processes. Always focused towards recruitment metrics that support ROI.
His hobbies are numismatics and philately. He holds a black belt in kung-fu as well. He believes in “Don’t wait till things happen…you make the things to happen.”
